Biceps and Triceps Overload
Intense arm workout starts with a biceps and triceps superset of dumbbell curls and reps on the triceps dip machine. The superset is then repeated, and the workout ends with a final set of biceps cable curls to top off that crazy vascular arm pump.

Shoulder Pump Workout
Intense workout starts on the shoulder press machine, followed by the rear delt fly machine, and then a set of seated shoulder press with dumbbells. The workout finishes with dumbbell lateral raises, some upright rows, and a final set of lateral raises to failure.

Intense Gym Leg Workout
Workout starts with a heavy set on the leg press machine, then into the squat rack for some barbell squats, and straight into an overload set of box squats in the smith machine. The workout ends with seated leg curls, and heavy goblet squats.
