Supercharged Chest Session
Inspiring chest workout starts with sets on the incline chest press machine, then the chest fly machine, and onto some incline dumbbell chest press with a dropset. Workout finishes with progressive overload sets of decline dumbbell pullovers to target the chest, triceps and lats.

Thrilling Lower Body Session
Massive leg workout starts off with leg extensions, barbell squats with a spotter, and smith machine leg press. Followed up with some seated leg curls, straddle squats on the belt squat machine, and finished off with body weight squats.

Super Chest Overload
Serious chest workout starts off in the gym with single arm reps on the chest fly machine to really target the pecs, and then moves on to reps with both arms until failure. Moving straight on to dumbbell chest press on a bench for maximum overload.

Turbocharged Triceps Workout
Relentless upper body gym session starts off with bodyweight triceps dips. Then moves on to a drop set of assisted triceps dips for ultimate triceps overload, and finally finished off with narrow grip dumbbell pullovers on a bench to target the lats.

Relentless Biceps and Triceps Superset
Extraordinary upper body workout starts with a superset of cable biceps curls and triceps extensions. Moving on to a second superset of biceps preacher curls and lying dumbbell triceps extensions. Finished off with a huge superset of triceps pushdowns and barbell biceps curls.

Breath-taking arm workout starts on the triceps dip machine, followed by triceps pushdowns, and biceps cable curls. Then onto lying dumbbell triceps extensions with drop sets to failure, and finished with dumbbell hammer curls with a drop set for that ultimate pump!
