Superb Quads, Glutes & Chest Workout
Deluxe lower body session starts off with seated leg extensions, reps on the hack squat machine, and glute drives on the hip thrust machine. Then onto stiff leg deadlifts, smith machine squats, and seated leg curls. Finished up with some reps on the bench press.

Back, Shoulder & Triceps Workout
Workout starts with narrow grip seated rows, dumbbell shoulder press, wide grip lat pulldowns, rear delt flys with a drop set, front and lateral dumbbell shoulder raises, back to more wide grip lat pulldowns, some single-arm dumbbell rows, and finished with bench dips.

Lower body session starts with single-leg Romanian deadlift, barbell back squats, and Bulgarian split squats. Then on to dumbbell leg curls, and finished with goblet squats.

Mandatory Posing and Leg Workout
Video starts with some posing practice of two mandatory posing routines in the studio. Front relaxed pose with quarter turns, rear lat spread and a front double bicep pose to finish. Then onto a leg workout in the gym with sumo deadlifts, barbell hip thrusts, barbell squats, and leg press.
