Captivating upper body session starts with straight arm pulldowns, single arm cable rows, and incline push-ups. Then lat pulldowns, pull ups, and incline chest press. Followed by cable chest flys, and rear delt flys. Finished with lateral raises, triceps rope extensions, and back extensions.

Intense lower body session begins with dumbbell split squats, followed by a smith machine variation, and lying leg curls. Moving on to cable glute kickbacks, cable lateral lunges, and cable hip abduction exercises. The workout finishes with box step ups with kickbacks, and jumping lunges.

Awesome Glutes Session
Lower body assault starts with squats on the smith machine, some dumbbell sumo squats, and smith machine glute kickbacks. Then onto single leg bench step overs, some cable glute kickbacks with a variation, smith machine single leg squats, and finished with double glute kickbacks.

Epic Leg Blast Workout
Session starts with dumbbell sumo squats, spilt squats, and glute kickbacks. Followed by wide stance squats, and glute kickbacks. Moving on to reverse frog kickbacks, jump squats, and single leg squats. Finished up with standing cable kickbacks, cable side leg raises, and box jumps.

Leg workout in the gym and then onto some outdoor cardio. Workout starts with roman chair back extension, walking lunges, jump squats, jumping lunges, stability ball passes, cable kickbacks, uphill walking lunges with kickback and then finishes with burpees.
