I’m a natural bodybuilder and figure competitor as well as personal trainer.
I’ve been training for about 6+ years total, training specifically for bodybuilding about 3.
I’ve compete in my first 2 natural shows in 2019 and placed 2nd in both shows with 2 invites to the British finals

Glutes, Quads and Hamstrings!
Lower body leg workout starts with some reverse lunges with a dumbbell, lying leg curls, and some banded squats and side steps with a plate. Then onto deadlifts, straight leg dumbbell deadlifts, good mornings, and finished up with 90kg squats in the squat rack.

Home Gym Leg Workout
Workout starts with seated leg curls, good mornings with a barbell, kneeling squats, split squats with a barbell, and then finished off with standing cable hamstring curls.

Back and Legs Workout
Workout starts off with chins ups, lat pulldowns, barbell rows, one-arm dumbbell row, seated row, overhead triceps extensions. Then onto lower body exercises with calf raises, leg extensions and finishing up on the thigh abductor machine.
