Back and Lower Body Gym Workout
Session starts with T-bar rows, sets on the hack squat machine, and some heavy rack pulls. Then onto uneven deadlifts, heavy one-arm dumbbell rows, some kettlebell rack squats, and finished off on the vertical leg press machine.

Intense session starts in the gym with heavy chain box squats, then moves outside with an intense circuit of push ups, sled push, and ending with squats with a medicine ball.
