Workout starts with heavy Arnold press, dumbbell lateral raises, pec deck with a drop set, then onto cable lateral raises and bent over dumbbell reverse flys with a drop set. Finished off with front raises, standing barbell shoulder press, triceps rope pushdowns, and face pulls.
