Chest and Biceps Pump with Posing
Workout starts with 80kg incline bench press on the smith machine, cable fly’s, and heavy bench press. Then onto rear delt fly’s, triceps dips, and some heavy biceps preacher curls with an EZ bar. Lots of mandatory bodybuilding poses throughout the entire video.

Chest, Biceps and Leg Workout
Workout begins with 80kg incline bench press, lying leg curls, squats, stiff leg dumbbell deadlift, and 90kg bench press for 5 reps with a 60kg drop set for 8 reps. Then some huge double bicep poses, and EZ bar curls with 30kg.

Biceps, Chest & Lower Body Workout
Workout starts with heavy bicep cable curls to failure, straight leg cable pull throughs, leg press machine, chest press machine with a side pose, then on to heavy bench press with 6 reps at 80kg, incline dumbbell bench press, and finished up with standing cable chest fly’s with a side triceps poses.
