Full Body Gym Workout
Workout starts with bench press, triceps dips, reps on the chest press machine, and some barbell squats. Then onto overhead plate squats, some banded glute kickbacks, bodyweight squats, and barbell split squats. Finished up with deadlifts, bent over rows, lat pulldowns, and seated cable rows.

Workout starts with heavy Arnold press, dumbbell lateral raises, pec deck with a drop set, then onto cable lateral raises and bent over dumbbell reverse flys with a drop set. Finished off with front raises, standing barbell shoulder press, triceps rope pushdowns, and face pulls.
