Awesome Glutes Session
Lower body assault starts with squats on the smith machine, some dumbbell sumo squats, and smith machine glute kickbacks. Then onto single leg bench step overs, some cable glute kickbacks with a variation, smith machine single leg squats, and finished with double glute kickbacks.

Powerful Leg Workout
Awe-inspiring lower body workout starts with cable rope squats with a progressive overload set, and reverse hack squats. Then heavy reps on the leg press machine, good mornings with a yoked barbell, and some walking lunges. Workout ends with hip thrusts, leg extensions, and heavy squats.

Epic Leg Blast Workout
Session starts with dumbbell sumo squats, spilt squats, and glute kickbacks. Followed by wide stance squats, and glute kickbacks. Moving on to reverse frog kickbacks, jump squats, and single leg squats. Finished up with standing cable kickbacks, cable side leg raises, and box jumps.

Huge Arm Overload Workout
Breath-taking arm workout starts on the triceps dip machine, followed by triceps pushdowns, and biceps cable curls. Then onto lying dumbbell triceps extensions with drop sets to failure, and finished with dumbbell hammer curls with a drop set for that ultimate pump!
