Legs and Back Workout
Workout starts with lying leg curls, Romanian deadlifts with a drop set, and single leg squats on the hack squat machine. Then onto a set of back extensions, some bent over dumbbell rows, and finished up with lat pulldowns with drop sets.

Shoulder Pump Workout
Intense workout starts on the shoulder press machine, followed by the rear delt fly machine, and then a set of seated shoulder press with dumbbells. The workout finishes with dumbbell lateral raises, some upright rows, and a final set of lateral raises to failure.

Workout starts with 80kg incline bench press on the smith machine, cable fly’s, and heavy bench press. Then onto rear delt fly’s, triceps dips, and some heavy biceps preacher curls with an EZ bar. Lots of mandatory bodybuilding poses throughout the entire video.

Workout begins with standing shoulder press, incline rows, and lateral raises. Then onto T-bar rows, deadlifts, and front raises. Finishing with rear delt fly’s, seated shoulder press, barbell shrugs, and upright rows. Front and rear double biceps posing, lat spreads and side chest poses throughout.

Posing video starts with a front relaxed pose, some abdominal posing showcasing ripped abs and obliques, and then some biceps flexing. After an outfit change there’s plenty more upper body posing with a most muscular pose and finished off with some front double bicep posing.
