Workout begins with heavy 12 plate reps on leg press machine. Then onto some banded superman exercises on a bench, single leg banded kickbacks, heavy hip belt squats, banded side steps and some single leg standing banded leg abduction exercises.

Gym workout starts with reverse cable crossovers, dumbbell bicep curls, single arm cable rows, dumbbell rows, seated cable rows, stiff single leg dumbbell deadlift, single arm machine row, finished up with reps of standing cable rows with almost a full stack.
