Mandatory Posing and Leg Workout
Video starts with some posing practice of two mandatory posing routines in the studio. Front relaxed pose with quarter turns, rear lat spread and a front double bicep pose to finish. Then onto a leg workout in the gym with sumo deadlifts, barbell hip thrusts, barbell squats, and leg press.

Legs, Abs and Mobility Workout
Workout begins with some heavy deadlifts, squats, dumbbell walking lunges, cable kickbacks, leg extensions, squats with overhead press, hanging ab twists and raises, and then finished with an extensive mobility work on a roller.

Workout starts off with chins ups, lat pulldowns, barbell rows, one-arm dumbbell row, seated row, overhead triceps extensions. Then onto lower body exercises with calf raises, leg extensions and finishing up on the thigh abductor machine.

Upper body session starts on the lat pull down machine, chest and triceps posing, bent-over dumbbell rows, barbell shoulder press into squats, and some rear double biceps poses. The workout finishes with T-bar rows, bicep dumbbell curls, shoulder shrugs and some more upper body posing.
