Heavy Leg Workout
Leg workout in the gym starting off with heavy smith machine box squats, seated hip abductor exercises, split squat in the smith machine, hip belt squats, reverse hack squat, and finished off with dumbbell sumo deadlifts.

Heavy chest workout starting with 60kg incline bench press for 8 reps, followed by 4 reps of 70kg. Amazing strength on display! Then dumbbell chest fly’s, EZ bar curls, and a hammer curl drop set with some pumped bicep posing to finish!
